We’ve made a condensed version of EPA’s current Proposed Plan here which is hopefully easier to follow. Final design changes are progressing. The cleanup plan is divided into four segments, involving excavation of contaminated soils with on‐site consolidation, capping of landfills, and the major construction project: containment of the main contaminated landfill via capping, fully encompassing slurry wall, interior extraction, and monitoring.
